1. Business Information

Late Nite Tattoos, LLC is a tattoo and body piercing studio owned and operated by Jay Lenno, located at 25602 I-45, Suite 104, Spring, TX 77386. We have been in operation since 2005.

2. Services

Late Nite Tattoos provides custom tattooing, cover-up and rework services, and professional body piercing. All services are performed by licensed professionals in compliance with applicable Texas health and safety regulations. Services are available by walk-in or appointment.

3. Age Verification & Identification

All clients must present a valid, unexpired, government-issued photo ID before receiving any service. We do not provide tattoo or piercing services to anyone under the age of 18, regardless of parental or guardian consent. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who cannot provide adequate proof of age.

4. Health & Safety

Our studio follows all applicable Texas Department of State Health Services (DSHS) regulations for tattooing and body piercing. All equipment is sterilized using industry-standard methods, and single-use needles and supplies are used for every client. Clients are responsible for disclosing any medical conditions, allergies, or medications that may affect the tattooing or piercing process. We reserve the right to refuse service if we believe proceeding would pose a health risk to the client.

5. Pricing & Payment

Tattoo pricing is determined on a per-session basis and varies depending on the size, complexity, detail, placement, and time required for each piece. Pricing is discussed and agreed upon between the client and artist before work begins. We accept cash, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. A deposit may be required to secure an appointment and is typically non-refundable, though it is applied toward the total cost of the service.

6. Aftercare Responsibility

Clients are responsible for following the aftercare instructions provided by their artist or piercer. Late Nite Tattoos is not liable for infections, allergic reactions, or complications that result from failure to follow aftercare instructions, pre-existing medical conditions, or actions taken by the client after leaving the studio.

7. Refunds & Touch-Ups

Due to the permanent nature of tattoos, refunds are not available once work has begun. If you are unsatisfied with your tattoo, please speak with your artist — we are committed to working with our clients to achieve the best possible result. Touch-up policies vary by artist and are typically offered within a reasonable timeframe after the initial session.

8. Intellectual Property

All original artwork, designs, and creative content displayed on this website and created by our artists are the intellectual property of Late Nite Tattoos and/or the individual artists. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this website without prior written permission. Photographs of completed tattoos on our website and social media may be used by Late Nite Tattoos for promotional purposes unless the client requests otherwise.

9. Website Use

This website is provided for informational purposes and to facilitate communication with our studio. You agree not to use this website for any unlawful purpose, attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the site, or interfere with the proper functioning of the website.
